Team

The Farm was set up in 2006 and is run by Lee Mayor and Louise Richards. Having worked in agencies for over 20 years – for much of that time in the same London agency – we share the same belief about our business – that it is all about your business. We enjoy working with people who are passionate about their brands – so we can be too.

Of course, we don't do it all on our own. We have some like-minded people who work for us, from designers to web builders, admin back-up to accounts. Some are part-time, some are freelance – we don't run our business with massive overheads because we don't believe our clients want to pay for them.

We work with firms that have been established for over 100 years to business start-ups who just want help getting off the ground. We work locally, nationally and internationally.

All our clients have one thing in common. They want marketing communications that make a difference to their business – and that is at the heart of what we aim to provide.
